Private Wine Tasting
Off the back of the success of our wine tasting events, we are excited to announce that we can now offer private wine tastings for groups of 4 or more. Our tastings are about taking you on a journey to work out what wines tickle the taste buds or to just try something new!
You will try a selection of 5 wines picked by Rob who will talk you through each wine, what makes it special, how it’s made and answer any questions you have about the wines. Tastings start at £30 per person and you can also opt for a cheese pairing for an additional £5 per person. Bookings are for a minimum of 6 people.
We will also cater your tasting if there is something in particular you want to try. Want to learn more about Spanish wines or find out what all the hype is about biodynamic wines, get in touch and we can cater the tasting to you.
In an effort to take the snobbery out of wine, these tastings are a way to explore the wine world in a relaxed and comfortable environment where no question is a silly one!
We also now offer a Coravin flight for anyone wanting to try something a little more unusual (hello orange wine!) or what might be out of you usual wine drinking budget. It is also a perfect wine tasting experience for couples. Each flight has 3 samples of wine to try and tasting notes for the wines are provided together with details of the wine producer and how it is made. Flight prices depend on the wines on offer at the time but prices start from £15. Whilst the flights are more a self-guided experience, our staff are on hand to answer questions you have.
Wine tastings are available weekday evenings or Saturday or Sunday afternoons and booking in advance is essential. Spaces are already filling up quick!
